The receptionist at this dental office was unbelievably unprofessional and unreasonable. I was one minute late for my appointment due to an unexpected road accident and I called ahead to inform them of the situation. Despite my courtesy and the valid reason, the receptionist was insisted on rescheduling my appointment for 1 minute delay treating me like I was wasting their time. Their lack of empathy and inflexibility over a single minute was shocking. (In the end I had to drive 40+minutes for nothing)
