I love this dental clinic. It is always a great experience with them, even though I don't like going to the dentists. Dr Shen is an amazing dentist and very personable too. He looks at everything and gives good detailed advice. The hygienists keep changing every few months but they are always great. Aqsa at the front desk is pretty responsive and great to work with.
Oleg is the best hygienist ever. He is friendly, professional and meticulous with cleaning my teeth. He is also very personable and makes me feel very comfortable. What an asset to any company!!! I will continue to go here because of the care and service I receive from him.
I went there in this clinic 2-3 times, experience been below par. Dr. Shen pushes you to come for frequent visit and do unnecessary filling. In my last appointment, he was least concerned about my regular cleaning. He was very rude and told me I was late for my appointment when I was on time and told he would not have enough time to complete cleaning.
