I dropped my computer off for repair, had a virus they fixed the virus but tried to sell me a version of norton anti-virus that was way more expensive than a normal version and they told me they had to keep the anti-virus disk so no one else could use the version. Would void any warranty. I checked online and all norton anti-virus programs were able to be sharred by three computers without voiding the warranty. I dropped a little water on the keyboard of my old wheezing Toshiba laptop, and even though it is old and slow I cant afford to lose it so I took it by On-Site on Double Churches near Whitesville. My keyboard turned out to be OK but they persuaded me to spend \$80 to increase my memory and it has been a great invistment. My old laptop boots up much faster and never hangs up like it used too. Im glad I took their advice and will be back.
