My mom unfortunately had her windshield cracked, and Dennis came to the rescue. The whole process was a breeze. He asked for my insurance provider and looped me in on the call. After our brief three-way conversation, I uploaded a few pictures of the damage and everything was taken care of. The service was fast and convenient. The windshield looks as good as new, but I will have to wait a few days for my mom to drive the car around a bit more to see if she notices any abnormal sounds or vibrations.
Really impressive work. My BMW’s windshield was hit by a rock that flew up from a truck and left a large chip. Other repair shops all told me the windshield needed to be replaced, but Paul came out and fixed it in about half an hour. The damage is now barely noticeable. Highly recommend his service!
