Was replacing the water pump on my SUV and broke a bolt off in the engine block while torquing the water pump housing to spec. Found Mike at Onsite Auto on Google. He said he could be at my place in 2.5–3 hours since he was finishing up two other jobs, and this was already 7:30pm on a Sunday. He still came out and saved the day. Welded a nut onto the broken bolt and had it right out. Saved me a tow and a whole lot of money at a repair shop. Personable guy, determined to get the job done and get it done fast. Lifesaver!

I texted Mike about a job in the evening and Mike was able to schedule time the next day to help remove a broken exhaust stud. He was super friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. The job ended up being more complicated than anticipated but Mike got it done and still only charged me what he originally quoted. He really came in clutch and got my car ready for an event I needed to go to the next day and can’t recommend him enough.
