I'm a first time homebuyer and let me just tell you how fantastic Peter and his wife were. He walked us through every little detail and gave an honest and fair breakdown of what was a critical repair and what wasn't. Would 100% recommend and use in the future they're worth every penny

As a first time home buyer, this company came highly recommended for finding all the issues. Unfortunately, they didn't run the Ac because it was cold out at the time...not generally and issue but if Peter had even bothered to open the unit and look it...it would have been evident that it was not operational. Poor home inspection...just cost me $6000. Trust me...you can find someone better.
