Honestly i was kinda blown away, I came in with a messed up neck from sleeping wrong and felt way better after just one session. The massage part was solid too the therapist found knots i didnt even know existed which was impressive and kinda painful but good painful if you know what I mean. My only small complaint is the booking process online was a bit clunky, took me a few tries to get the right time slot actually. I recently got a targeted 30 minute massage to address low back pain. Matt did a great job targeting exactly the right areas and was very attentive, curious, and asked great questions to help identify the issue.
