Good service I've been here before the manager called me because there was a cancellation squeezed me in Dr Chen worked on me and provided some relief for my back

I booked a medical appointment on September 10th and waited until September 25th. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been cancelled — with no prior notice and no reason. The only option they gave me was to wait another 10 days for a new appointment. I don’t feel any better health-wise, and this delay has made things worse. Patients deserve timely care and better communication, not surprise cancellations at the last minute!
Dr Cheng is taking a different approach to my issues than any other practitioner and I am seeing RESULTS!! I will report back after a few more treatments
