We had a really good experience with Brock and his team at Onshore Mechanical. Our AC went out because of a broken part, and they came out, replaced it, and had us back up and running quickly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. We really appreciated how easy they made the whole process and would definitely recommend them!
Brock is amazing. I found him through the Ring neighbors app last night, reached out and with this hear and busy schedule he came this morning by 10am. Honest and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to call him, you will not be disappointed.
My first experience was a phone call regarding my thermostat. When I spoke with Brock he was at his son’s soccer game. Brock asked about my problem and walked me through the wiring process. Brock mentioned that if I couldn’t resolve the problem he would come to my location. I ended up calling Brock back a week later to have him take a look. Brock was professional and polite. Looking back at my first conversation at the park, Brock could have easily said, “Sorry I can’t help you which would have left me searching for help. ... read more

★★★★★ Absolutely outstanding HVAC company! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. They were incredibly communicative, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was top-notch, and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right. Upon repair, the AC kicked right on and during a heat wave no less! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service. ... read more
