Have taken Austin to maintain and optimize our A/C. While cleaning and checking all the pipes and duct work, Austin consulted us well and upgraded our system to have a better AirFlow and Air Quality. Big plus he recommended steps by explaining properly and not pressing for a go but making it easy to understand the reason, why these steps and optimizationa make sense. Austin did an outstanding job. He arrived early, was professional, and completed the work with great attention to detail. He also inspected the HVAC system and thoroughly flushed the drain line. Great, honest, service at a good price! I live in Cape Coral and my AC was still running and blowing cold air but not enough to cool the house. I have a wife and four kids and I have to make sure the house is livable. Austin responded and arrived quickly he determined the issue without telling me I needed to replace my whole system. Within an hour the AC was up and running again. I expected to pay a lot but Austin made the repair inexpensive! I am going to recommend Onshore Cooling to my friends and neighbors!
