Heather Copeland made an offer for us even before showing us the pre approval letter and still ran it without our approval. When we had ask her to first give us an estimate. We didn’t agree on the offer but still got approved without our approval. She worked with a poor realtor that didn’t care to explain to us or her what he was doing. Spoke to Connie the office manager. She was extremely rude & condescending. If this is the type of people than OnQu hires, I would highly recommend not working with this brokerage. Very unpleasant experience
This company is persistent if anything, and after having communicated several times to their agent Jon that I was not interested in his services and did not desire any further contact. Yet again today another email.
Bait and Switch, lies and persistence to try to get you signed up. Typical annoying real estate (used car salesman) tactics.
