I had to do a drug screen for a Preemployment. I have not done one of these in a long time. The person who was the collector was very rude and Abrupt. There is no compassion or anything shown to me the patient. The front desk person was very nice, however.
Staff could not have been more attentive and pleasant…. First rate !
As a healthcare provider, I am picky. This is a beautiful new facility with comfortable seating and nice decor. The main room offers a coffee machine, with options of tea, and cocoa. Everyone at the facility is warm and welcoming. The medical staff provided excellent support to help my child feel perfectly comfortable. She actually said she wants to go back again this morning, because she enjoys the people: "...Especially the doctor and guy with the 'x-ray cat' on his badge."
