I used OnPoint for a proctored COVID Antigen Test that required to be taken in a 48 hour window prior to boarding a Princess cruise. I contacted them to arrange the proctored Test. I was able to secure on virtual appointment immediately. An agent contacted me at the appointed time. Her name was Joanne. She patiently directed me through the process. The wife and I needed a rapid antigen test to board our cruise ship. We decided on this place as it was fairly close and offered what we needed. We didn't make an appointment and were able to walk right in with only two other people in front of us. The lady at the front desk was by herself, but was very very nice and helpful. She walked us through the registration and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Test results came back within a hour and included a pdf file. I made online appointment and booked PCR test on July 1st, it is supposed to be a 5-hour wait for the result and report sent to your email address, but it never showed up. I came back to the site on July 5th and tried to find out why, the crew said sorry to me as he is not authorized to send the report to me directly, it’s all through their central server system or something. So the crew reconfirmed my email address and said he will notify their corporate counterpart to resend the report, and it’s July 6th now I have receive... read more
