Terrible customer service. Terrible at responding. Not friendly or helpful. Lie about when properties will be available and will not work with you. I will never rent under this management company.
I have lived at Raymond Street Apartments for 8 years and have been very happy. In 8 years I have found the management always listens and and responds to any issues or repairs right away as well as following up immediately with tenants to ensure that their requests were handled in a timely manner and resolved satisfactorily.
