Why did you shorten your store hours Mon-Sat and as well as the pharmacy too?? How you guys are closed Sunday and Saturday you close early too??? Seriously what’s going on over there that you not telling your customers?? What a damn shame

This store seems to be going downhill lack of items and restocking also noticed that the owner only responds positive comments nothing on negative Comments not a good Manner

You can’t count on this pharmacy or any of their other locations. They have limited supplies and can’t fill prescriptions. I go to their Malverne location and it takes days for them to fill prescriptions. If you do go to an OnPoint pharmacy, check to see if they have your drug in stock. If not, go to another pharmacy, like CVS.

On Point Flushing used to be excellent. Nice staff, you can get whatever stuff you have to buy. However, since last year, we noticed that shelves were empty, and when we asked, we were told they're "restocking soon". The Pharmacy is a nightmare - they're just rude. When prescriptions are sent to them, they ghost you. They don't tell you when they're ready and when you go there, they tell you to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy. We are very disappointed.
