Have been trying to get in contact with the company for weeks now. Had a termite inspection and never got a report. Not sure if they have gone out of business or what’s going on.
Im a real estate agent and this is my second time using OnPoint. I was very satisfied with their work and friendly staff. They guided the tenants throughout the fumigation process which can sometimes be a little confusing but They made it easy. Very responsive! PS OnPoint was recommended to me by a coworker, I needed a second quote and they came inspected the house and gave me a lower price since they do their own fumigations without subcontracting a middle man. Thank you Al and Onpoint team!

The owner is of this company said she CANNOT comprehend English. She was being very unresponsive about upcoming appointment for returning customers. They were not clear about appointment time and very unfriendly customer service. I would highly suggest someone else .
