I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at this office. In over 10 years as a patient, I have never had an outstanding balance issue. I submitted a bill to my HSA, but it had not been paid before my annual physical appointment. As a result, I received repeated phone calls for nearly two weeks regarding a $62 balance. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a medical provider. Initially, I was contacted and told my address was invalid because my unit number wasn’t included. I quickly clarified that information and assumed the issue was resolved. Shortly after, I received another notification that my address was still “invalid.” When I followed up again, they sent me the address they had on file—and it was completely correct. I had a specific experience already noted on a specific office which has caused me to not continue seeing anyone from this organization. I have not been satisfied with the organization as a whole, and practices I have known them to enact. The corporation (not the providers) are more concerned about $$$ than they are about the health and well being of their patients.

Megan Thoms is a rock star when it comes to PCP’s!! I honestly love her! This office, Highlands Ranch, is by far the best medical office I have been to. Staff is quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brenda
