I had a specific experience already noted on a specific office which has caused me to not continue seeing anyone from this organization. I have not been satisfied with the organization as a whole, and practices I have known them to enact. The corporation (not the providers) are more concerned about $$$ than they are about the health and well being of their patients.
Megan Thoms is a rock star when it comes to PCP’s!! I honestly love her! This office, Highlands Ranch, is by far the best medical office I have been to. Staff is quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brenda
Awful. Just awful.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have called multiple times to resolve a billing issue every dang time I get told a supervisor is in a meeting (likely story) and someone will call me back this has been going on since JANUARY still no help. Not paying till I speak with a supervisor.
