The AC unit they put in my brand new house is too small for the house which causes the AC unit to freeze on a regular basis. I have called and they insist nothing is wrong with the unit instead of taking responsibility to try to figure out the issue. I have asked for an owner or supervisor to call me and never got a phone call. I’m still waiting to see if they will step up and take responsibility for the mistake they made.
I have been working in restaurants for years. I only mention this to point out I have been in a few of them and used alot of different repair services. Onpoint is the worst I have ever dealt with. The only reason they still come to fix things is that there is a corporate contract. Called One Point Air Duct Cleaning to make an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. Somehow they might contract the job to someone else. Two guys from Chimney service showed up and quoted for dryer vent cleaning at $1475. What a ripoff!!! Better stay away with this service!
