Legitimately the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Impossible to get in contact with a representative even during business hours
"Thank you, this is the best branch among all others — absolutely no issues, 100% understanding, and exceptionally good communication from the bank representatives! I read other reviews, and it seems that people have problems with time management, not with the bank — they come five minutes before closing, join the queue, and then cause problems."
Well this has happened twice now that a employee says "it's almost closing time" yet the doors are open and the person does not know how to assist you. 🤔🤔 So I thought that I didn't want to be inconvenient yet I also needed my issue to be resolved and accepted to go home and reschedule my visit.... I felt an incredible frustration that I wasted my time. So I told the cashier that it was not ok to reschedule. The manager overheard as i was walking out and offered to assist which was nice.
OnPoint team is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
