Been with onpoint for a while now. I applied for a personal loan and rachel anne egan called to let me know the loan was declined. Mind you with a 700 credit score , 100 percent ontime payments. I also have them financing my vehicle as well. She didn't give me any other options or anything. Definitely will be closing my checking and savings account next week. Their in-person service is great, and i really appreciate that they’re open that wxtra half-hour. However, their phone system absolutely sucks, you can’t reach anyone from the actual branch, and the parking lot is the worst. Better to ark on the street if you can get a spot.
I always go to this branch if possible. The tellers are helpful and patient. Specifically, Nathan was very helpful recently when I lost my debit card. Appreciated!! Also of note, there is a lot of parking even when busy and 2 outdoor atms.
I've got to tell y'all about a great experience I recently had at Onoint Community on Lombard! As a freelance writer, I'm often solicited for work from various industries on various platforms. I was invited to apply for a position and was eventually 'hired' after I completed a very lengthy assessment. They had amazing GlassDoor Reviews, dozens of YouTube videos, and extensive social media accounts (including LinkedIn), so they were legit to me.
