Great service from the employees. I kept losing my debit card and they were replaced promptly. Brody also helped me track down the envelope I dropped that a Good Samaritan found, which was a wedding gift for my friend.
I have been a OnPoint member for years now, and I really love this credit union, but this location is kinda low key rude!
I have been dealing with these gang or inexperienced character's at this branch for several years. And let me be very clear, they will cause this branch issues. When they do remember this warning. These people will cause all kinds of headache with customers. I am sure I am not the first. I can not begin to explain how incompetent some of the people who work at this branch are. NOT ALL.
