This message is for Angel at the Rose City OnPoint Branch. You have cost me nearly $200 & caused me to face other consequences because you decided to give me a “courtesy call” instead of pushing my rent check through. Maybe consider that a large portion of this city works in nightlife & aren’t awake at 8am for a call w an HOUR DEADLINE. I wish the worst things for you.
Great service from the employees. I kept losing my debit card and they were replaced promptly. Brody also helped me track down the envelope I dropped that a Good Samaritan found, which was a wedding gift for my friend.
I have been a OnPoint member for years now, and I really love this credit union, but this location is kinda low key rude!
