I tried to make a $780 deposit. The machine took it, spit it out except $280 and it said it couldn't be processed (the bank was closed). I went to an employee and told them what happened. They said it happens frequently and that I will get my money back. I contacted the bank and they said they don't count their money in the atm or have access to it so they opened an investigation. This message is for Angel at the Rose City OnPoint Branch. You have cost me nearly $200 & caused me to face other consequences because you decided to give me a “courtesy call” instead of pushing my rent check through. Maybe consider that a large portion of this city works in nightlife & aren’t awake at 8am for a call w an HOUR DEADLINE. I wish the worst things for you.

Great service from the employees. I kept losing my debit card and they were replaced promptly. Brody also helped me track down the envelope I dropped that a Good Samaritan found, which was a wedding gift for my friend.
