When I was taking my friend Rita to your c credit Union to help her get her account started and set up. We got there 2 minutes before they were closing and they welcomed Us in no problem. Rita is in her 80s and I'm in my 70s and we are not that computer literate about online banking. We were so lucky that Kevin helped us get her set up completely going the extra mile to make sure that she could handle it at home. I think Kevin deserves a gold star for being so patient with us old ladies.
Stopped into a branch because I needed help after getting none from onpoint phone support. Well, I never got helped in branch either. I got tired of waiting. Now I'm switching banks. If a bank doesnt have CS, it's just a commodity.
Terrible Customer Service. Claims to care about Portland Locals or Oregon locals then treat them like dirt. Do yourself a favor, go to any location or honestly any bank but this one.
Wow… I don’t think anyone should use this bank. After letting me vent how awful my last bank was and wasting 30 minutes of my day, Andrew was unhelpful and sent me bank to my old bank. Thanks OnPoint. You guys are great.
