Probably going to close my account that I’ve had for over 25 years. Depositing a large check today and was treated like a scheming criminal trying to pull one over on them. Behold, everything checked out fine! Treat your longtime customers like criminals and they will absolutely leave you. Thanks for ruining my day with your staffs misguided and unfounded judgmental attitudes.
I went in about a couple weeks ago to open a business account. The moment I opened my account, I switched my cash apps (Venmo & Square Up) over to my business routing/account number. My deposits didn't show up within 1-2 business days like they usually do, so I called OnPoint to figure out what was going on. Avoid this branch. – So far my experience with Onpoint has been good, except at this branch. Every time I go there its just a waste of time. Fabio, a business banker made a mistake with my debit card, so I called him multiple times and never responded. I had to go to another branch to have the problem fixed.
