I just moved from out of state and went into this location to ask about potentially opening a savings account. Both tellers were rude and almost dismissive as soon as I asked if a PO Box was suitable (though I do have a physical address as well). The male teller was short with his response, almost to the point of feeling disrespectful all because I inquired regarding my PO Box. I'm on disability, and just need a new account. Honestly I likely would not recommend this location at the least. Pretty bad experience.
Don't use their ATM machines they have been keeping people's cards! If it's not an OnPoint card, the branch won't give it back because the owner of ATM machines will keep it.
Everyone, at every branch that I have gone to, has been kind and helpful. Thank you all.
