When I moved downtown, I learned that the Harvey Milk Onpoint branch is one of its best assets. I've had help with wire transfers, foreign currency, and getting crisp US dollars for a coming trip. A shoutout to Angie who helped me as I sorted, deposited, and withdrew bills for nearly an hour. Onpoint staff consistently offer great service.
Super cool and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a local and cool place to do your banking. Peaceful,listening and always friendly to customers
Lacks communication and closed my account due to suspected fraud even after I provided identity documents. Would not recommend to join based on family living in the area.
