Lacks communication and closed my account due to suspected fraud even after I provided identity documents. Would not recommend to join based on family living in the area.
I am ashamed at most of the customers and members not knowing how to properly do business in an adult environment. If you CANT HUMAN THE DAY YOU COME IN, STAY AT HOME. The people who work there are doing their best, if you can’t or won’t recognize their effort THEN STAY HOME.
They take good care of their customers. Lower Fees and they protect you from overdraft and fraud
Friendly and helpful staff.I would recommend over Wells Fargo or any big corporation.
