If you want to have a headache trying to make payments to loans and high interest rates go ahead and bank here. Long wait times for customer service
I so appreciate Onpoint where we’ve banked for years. We now live overseas and occasionally have a few banking questions/issues. Tara Cunningham, the Sellwood branch manager, is always there to help. Recently our credit card was stolen; she was immediately there to help and expedite new ones. The “old fashioned” customer service offered by Onpoint is so appreciated especially after years of banking with a much larger bank. Thank you Onpoint Community Credit Union!
