Although I liked the doctor I met at Advent Health, the office staff is horrible. The doctor put my husband on a new medication for dementia in the hospital so it was importation to get an appointment asap at the office. I left messages Friday and Monday but no one bothered to call back. Very disappointed. Too bad because the dictor seemed like a good person.
Kevin Williams is absolutely amazing! He is kind, caring, and has extensive knowledge. He really listens to you and makes you feel heard and safe. His entire staff consistently exhibits kindness and professionalism, demonstrating a genuine interest in each individual.
I had a pleasure of working with Gerald Sigua, PA in 2 different facilities. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, with his “attention to details and thorough approach” to all the residents with their well- being in mind. His treatment is with absolute focus on the quality of care in managing, prescribing and adjusting psych meds in accordance to each individual needs. His transparent and approachable personality makes each encounter with the resident a resounding success.
Dr. Kevin Williams is amazing. He is caring, attentive, and compassionate. He listens carefully and works hard to make sure you get the best care. Even if my insurance were to change and they no longer covered the office visits here, I would pay out of pocket no matter what, i would never go anywhere else. Best psychiatrist I have ever had. I had a great experience with Gerald Sigua, PA-C at OnPoint. He truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel heard, which is something you don’t always find. I really appreciated how he customized a treatment plan specifically for me rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. His compassion, knowledge, and passion to help his patients really stand out. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
