I’m not even a ramen person, but the Yuzu Shoyu Ramen genuinely changed that..The broth is light, savory, citrusy, and ridiculously flavorful without being heavy. I walked in not caring about ramen and walked out converted. Absolutely incredible!
Food was fine and probably better than I can digest but didn’t outweigh the dirty tables, roaches + mop water in the kitchen. Need to hire someone other than frat boys with poor hygiene to be handling food . Video just showing them joking about the roaches in the kitchen
Good ramen, mediocre katsu. Good curry and rice. Vegan ramen available. Friendly staff. Worth visiting again. Leans heavily into hashtags and trendy sayings.
