Spectacular Apartments in the heart of Pittsfield. These apartments are pretty special as you will see if you’re lucky enough to live in one.
Arrived a few minutes after 4pm for their soft opening. They were well prepared with staffing and a game plan for reaching capacity. Perfect place to stop for a brew after getting out of work at BMC.
The units are very modern and beautiful for apartments offered in Pittsfield. I've moved around and lived in different apartments for most of my life, and ran into no problems while living here.
1. First off, these are nice units but without adequate sound proof insulation. We were unfortunate to have stomping upstairs neighbors who made so much noise especially at night (our windows literally vibrated). Our toddler got woken up several times during the night and I had to sleep with ear muffs most nights. 2. High utility bills due to poor insulation and drafty windows. During the winter, the place never warmed up to the set temperature. 3. Supervisor never responded to or was slow to respond to maintenance requests.... read more
