I went to the Liverpool location for lumbar spine issues. Unlike other places, they offer true one-on-one care and completely avoid a “cookie-cutter” approach to physical therapy. My therapist, Caitlin, was outstanding. She tailored everything to my specific needs. If an exercise didn’t help, or caused more pain, she immediately pivoted and tried something else rather than forcing me through it. Their Filipino based service center is worthless to me. I prefer calling the office. Why do they call them self "Onondaga," when your support comes from an online place in the Philippines, who may or may not be working? Every visit is 30 minutes whether you need it or not. I have saved voicemails from them promising an hour of work (they made exceptions). 2 different emails in different months. Admittedly I was a bit skeptical, but to my surprise PT has worked great for me. My hurt knee is stronger, along with my other knee, and pain is down next to nothing. Very happy with the results.
I was visiting Syracuse and I got sick, Bells Palsy. Onagonda PT took me in with out hesitation and brought my face back to normal. I will forever be grateful. They assured me that my face would return to normal and it did. I will always utilize the tools they gave me to work face muscles. Thank you!
