For many reasons I have avoided this place after my initial exposure.. My usual PT was bought out by Onondaga Physical Therapy, to my dismay. Their service is still great, but the billing and the hassles are typical OPT mess. I have been sick, so I cancelled my appointments to help keep my therapist safe. As a thank you, I am being charged a $25 fee. So I should show up and maybe get every one sick to save $25? Bogus.

I originally started seeing Enas in the spring of 2018 for a lower back pain after a few months of therapy I feel like myself again and am able to move and exercise again, I cannot thank you enough for your patience and caring personality during my treatment. You have made me realize I can do it. I am currently being treated for a shoulder injury not nearly as severe as my lower back issue was.
