the worst service ever Its a horrible program. I have the ACT team. they are aggressively rude, don't have meds on time, wouldn't prescribe narcotics until I got the office of mental health involved, they retaliated against me. abusive horrible.
They don't like prescribing narcotics for anxiety I wrote them up with the office of mental health and was told Onondaga case management is wrong. There service is a smile and a wave with no productive things done. They are aggressively rude.
