Thank you to Angela and the team! Our family got roofing repairs done through Only1 Construction and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. They conducted a thorough inspection of our roof and performed all the possible repairs within the conditions of our insurance. On top of it all, they were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. We were impressed with the high quality and efficient service provided.
I had a claim representative come to my house, telling me I have hail damage. For context, I've had work done recently with a reputable company that has actually been on my roof, telling me it's certainly aged, but is in good condition and will last many more years. So I politely declined Only1's rep. Two days later, they come knocking on my door again, telling me my roof is in disrepair. They may very well do legitimately good work, but ignoring a homeowner's "thanks but no thanks" reeks of storm chasing.

Amazing work by the team of Only1 Construction. Working with them was smooth and easy. They guided us from beginning to end. We were able to choose the roof shingles for 3 top brands and the gutters were replaced with matching sidings. They take care of everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend you all if you are looking to replace your roof and gutters. Angela and Ryan are very responsive for your questions or suggestions.
Only 1 construction with Young & Angela did an outstanding job in replacing the roof, gutters and down sprouts as part of the hail and storm damage. They planned out everything and was on property managing their workers during the entire installation. If you are looking for a highly professional team, then 1 construction is the place to go. I strongly suggest them.
