Only1 Construction did an excellent job with our roof and siding. Young and Angela are the loveliest people and took care of everything from start to finish. They made things so easy for me and were very responsive to messages. Installation was so smooth and they made sure everything was cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Angela and the team! Our family got roofing repairs done through Only1 Construction and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. They conducted a thorough inspection of our roof and performed all the possible repairs within the conditions of our insurance. On top of it all, they were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. We were impressed with the high quality and efficient service provided.
I had a claim representative come to my house, telling me I have hail damage. For context, I've had work done recently with a reputable company that has actually been on my roof, telling me it's certainly aged, but is in good condition and will last many more years. So I politely declined Only1's rep. Two days later, they come knocking on my door again, telling me my roof is in disrepair. They may very well do legitimately good work, but ignoring a homeowner's "thanks but no thanks" reeks of storm chasing.
