We were thankful to find this great company! We thought we could easily replace the floor with laminate. Yet we were quoted 5-10K just to demo our old floors! The old floor looked dated and had many “spots” from rugs and furniture. We pivoted looking for a refinisher and discovered Only Wood Floors. The management staff was top notch communicating with us. Such a great experience, once they started the floors they quickly brought to my attention. The previous tenant had had animals and there was urine stains all over, but if they made it darker, they can make it better and they did looks amazing done and three days. Great to work with very polite very professional.
Hello all, I was getting ready to post my review for Only Wood Floors when I read the review and unpleasant experience from a previous person, I was so sorry that they didn’t have a pleasant experience……. because we did! We had contacted Brian about a year ago and didn’t adventure to do the floors then. We had 2 people come in before him that cringed at touching engineered floors for fear that they would pass through the thin layer of maple floor. The team refinished my floors over the summer and they look great. I am glad I refinished instead of covwith a laminate or very expensive wood option. And at much less the cost. My floors were pretty bad and look much better then I expected. The team was great and very communicative during the 3 - 4 day process. I highly recommend Only Wood Floors!
My daughter bought an older home with solid wood flooring that needed attention. I found Only Wood Floors on the internet and called them out to take a look. Brian came out and gave us a quote and he and his team were there the following week to start the work of refinishing. They did an excellent job and the crew were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The floors look amazing and so much nicer than I could have imagined. I included a before/after picture here. Thank you Brian and team.
