Brian and Miguel came to survey and present bid. Miguel took charge of job and oversaw workers. Our floors were sanded and carpets torn out of two bedrooms and replaced with wood. Then all floor surfaces were stained. They were able to match the stain on the new wood so it matches very closely to the old wood.
