Today I call and spoke to Dan and explained that our hot water heater wasn't working. It's been my experience(dealing with companies in the Las Vegas area) that this is an opportunity for some companies to take advantage of customers, even to go as far as to lie to them(when in some cases a simple fix that doesn't require service repair) in order to steal from the customer . It was so refreshing to have upfront reasonable pricing which was 1/3 less than our other lowest quotes, no 'code upgrade' lies (excuses) to raise the price, no overpriced labor warranties, and no attemp to 'fix' things that don't need fixing. Solid install of a quality product by friendly, honest people. I can easily recommend them to anyone!
Over many years we have used OWH for two replacement cycles of our two heaters. Dan is very honest and straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable about water heaters. This week we had an issue with one of our heaters, and Dan and Allie came with a $300 repair kit and a $1,600 replacement water heater. They have great prices for water heater replacements. In 2014 I had a bid from a competing company for about 5k but was able to find my mom's invoice from when she had them replace her water heater. They did it for much less and strapped the water heater to the joists which came in handy when we got home owners insurance. I later had them come and replace a valve as well and the price was reasonable. They are very fast because it's what they do every day. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them!
