If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I never leave reviews, but the way I was dehumanized here, I have to say something. The first time I came in, I left with thick, uneven, diagonal nails. The shape was horrible. One literally sloped off to the side. I have been coming here for years and have always left loving my nails!! Got these done today and they look exactly like the photo I showed them. I’ve always had a great experience here.
I recently moved to the area in May and have been to this salon three times. Unfortunately, after my second visit, I wasn’t sure why I even returned. The first experience was fine, but during my second appointment, the service felt rushed and careless. The technician didn’t push back or trim my cuticles—something I consider a basic part of any manicure. It was horrible experience i had today I had appointment but I was waiting half hour to get my nails done and she did it really fast and it doesn’t look like I was expecting i am not going there anymore it was really bad experience for me I told them I want jel color she said she has no time i should get the regular nail polish if they had no time why they give me the appointment there’s no respect for customers
They’re rude, disrespectful, rush and cut your skin. They talk about customers openly in their own language. The service is sloppy, yet they expect a big tip. Penny pretends to be friendly, but she’s not. There are far better places! Don’t waste your time or money here.
