The quality of service is point on... with pedicures, However the nail service is truly over priced. No materials they use is different from other nail salons. they charge for every thing separate which could and eventually will affect customers who go there. I mean to each it's own.
Not good customer service at all. Tammy put staying on the phone at all time than focusing on customer nails etc. And if she doing your nail and someone comes in she will rush on your nail etc to get to the next one She so money hungry And she quick to tell a customer she haven’t seen in a long time and say it’s not good for her If she focus on customer and no rush to get to next one Maybe you want have a problem with people returning Shows so much it’s not about customers it’s about rushing to get to next one Not fair when ... read more
They told me 50$ when I walked in, I ended up paying 70$. I asked for an ombre and ended up with a french manicure with an uneven nude color. I kept telling him I wanted an ombre, and he tried to convince me you couldn't do it with gel, which is inaccurate. Now im out 70$, and I have to pay for someone else to fix them. He was very rude about the whole situation.
I used to stop by this shop a few times to use the restroom, and they were kind enough to let me. But recently, without any explanation, I was told I’m no longer welcome. It felt disappointing, especially as a bus operator who brings people to the area and supports local businesses. I just wish they had been upfront from the start. The sudden change came off as unfriendly and unfair. Treat people better!!
