These guys really do great work. I had red oak hardwood floors with significant damage in areas. They feathered in new wood where needed and sanded and refinished the floors which couldn't look better! You can not discern between the original and new wood. And to top it off, they did it all for a very reasonable price. You will not be disappointed.
Professional team all the way. We had no idea that our sub floors were completely rotten but they did not flinch and were able to do all the repairs themselves. The work was daunting but these guys always showed up on time, with a smile and always happy to answer any questions we had. The result is just perfect. We now have beautiful new floors and couldn’t be happier.
A big thank you to Raphael and his team at Only Floors for the excellent work done in renovating all three levels of of older townhouse that I recently purchased. All flooring was replaced throughout the house with the exception of two floors that were refinished. Hardwood was used on two levels, including staircases, and LVP in the basement. I hired Rafael and his team to remodel my master bathroom and they brought my dream bathroom to a reality. I did my homework and had multiple estimates to make an informed decision. Rafael was the only one to spend the time asking the right questions and focusing on the details of my project. I am very happy with the results. I've known Rapheal for over 15 years. Which makes me sad to write this review. Its taken me some time to decide whether to write it or not but I feel its necessary. 2.5 yrs ago, First carpet job replacment was great when we moved out from previous house.
