The managed a property for me in Dayton Ohio. They decided to leave that market and transfer my contract to another property manager I didn't know, Equity Team. Because the owner at Equity Team was so rude and arrogant, I cancelled my contract. Because Equity Team took ownership of my contract, they charged me a $500 cancellation fee. Thanks Only Choice!!!!
The guy Will Caruso who claims to be the property manager hasn't returned calls" hasnt responded to portal complaints, has made threats, has told me hed give money back that didnt belong to him, he spoke about the women on the property very foul, the threatened to come into my apartment. He hasn't had anything fixed i have holes in tge wall, leaks from upstairs. Refused to give me a reciept when i paid my rent, the home is terrible and the property manager was fined because of so many violations...poor excuse for a person
I have emailed and called multiple times for over a month about renting a property. I have never gotten a response, answer, or call back from this company.
