This is the worst inspection company you can hire. Mike Denny is unprofessional, comes to the job late, doesn’t take the inspection seriously. He writes very basic reports with not much detail, charges a very high fee, and provides a poor quality service and often with a bad attitude.

As a realtor in San Diego with Berkshire Hathaway John did all my home inspections he was very thorough, detail oriented, and on time, he was not an alarmist in recommending any repairs talked to the buyers in a very low key manner, would explain that is was fixable, never alarmed my buyers, my buyers really appreciated his thoroughness and going over the inspection with them page by page.
