Finding a daycare where you feel 100% confident leaving your child is such a relief for any parent. Only About Children Hornsby has been incredible for my son. All the educators are professional, warm, and genuinely care about his well-being. The centre Director Christabell is a wonderful person and she is involved in all the activities of the children. I love the regular updates we receive throughout the day—it makes being a working parent so much easier knowing he’s happy and engaged. Highly recommend to families!
This service does not feel safe or supportive. I would recommend considering another OAC centre. The educators appear to be quite harsh with the children and there seems to be limited focus on supporting their learning and development. The centre has longstanding and close relationship between staff which leads to concerns means minimised or not raised.
My son has been at OAC Hornsby for almost 16 months now and they've been wonderful in their care for him. He is high support needs autistic with multiple cognitive and physical disabilities, and this centre/the experienced team came highly recommended by EarlyEd when we moved to the area. They've been proactive, responsive, kind, they pay close attention to his needs, and they share when he's reached a new milestone (which for him can be very subtle, but are extremely exciting when it happens!). A big thank you to all the wonderful teachers for your care and dedication! I’ve noticed that Only About Children Hornsby has a lovely family-focused atmosphere. The children seem safe and well supported, the teachers are caring and attentive, and the play areas are always clean and well maintained. It truly feels like a warm and welcoming place for families.
We’ve had a great experience at Hornsby OAC. The educators are caring and supportive, and they encourage the children to be independent. The food variety is excellent and the kids really enjoy it. The daily activities are fun and engaging, helping children learn and grow happily.
