Cut headliner while installing glass. Was told “all jeeps” headliners are frayed. When looked and spoke to Jeep dealers, that is not true. Only 1 time they come out and won’t fix anything g if they do damage. Make sure you take pics before they start or they will deny everything! Shady company with shady office associates. Still haven’t called me back - going on a week now...
Our van was vandalized and they broke two windows. My insurance wouldn’t cover it so I had to pay to replace them myself. Everyone I called quoted me around $700. I called Only 1 and it was nearly half the price! They came out two days later and replaced the windows and they look and work great! The guy who fixed them was very nice and quick! I’m so happy with the experience. They really made a horrible situation much easier on us. Thank you!
Only 1 just came out to install my new windshield and they are AMAZING!!! This was the second time they came out (because I made a mistake about something on my windshield the first time) and I just can't say enough good things about them. It was easy to make the appointment, they showed up when they said they would and were extremely friendly. If you need a repair or replacement done I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
