Horrendous customer service, things take WEEKS to ship. STAY AWAY
Don't buy from this place if you're expecting customer service of any kind because you aren't getting anything from them. I've been trying to reach someone here for day, email phone, nothing... I ordered the incorrect part, cannot cancel the order or even reach a person to help correct it. The part doesn't even fit on my vehicle, and considering I submitted my vin number, a reputable company wouldn't fulfill the order anyway, but here I am almost a week in and they're beginning to process the order of the incorrect part. I ordered a part on their website and they asked me to send my ID as a verification which I did. After a week of no contact I received a refund without explanation. In summary, they got my ID and address of where I live and I got nothing. They might be selling your data by doing this method. Stay away from this company.

Ordered a part that I thought was correct but had to return. I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping each direction. You have to submit a request for a refund and wait for approval email. I waited 3 days then called to get my refund request pushed through their system. I'm not sure how long it would have been if I hadn't called. Bad on me for not checking in advance I guess but they have a 30% restocking fee! What a ripoff! I immediately knew it was the wrong part so it never was unpackaged.
