These days I can actually leave my apartment without circling back 3 times to check the door!!! Working with Dr. Ivanov on OCD treatment felt way less intimidating than I thought it’d be. Didn’t expect to get this much headspace back
I've been dealing with ptsd since my late teens. The video sessions gave me a private space to unpack everything. Therapy was challenging but effective, and the psychiatrist didn't rush me. Each session was built on the last one. I genuinely feel stronger and more confident thanks to their treatment plan.
Im really grateful telepsychiatry exists. Its so convenient, and as soon as I learned about it, I ended my sessions with my previous psychiatrist. Really glad I switched, with dr I my well being is improving!
