Excellent customer service! We ordered twice from this company. Materials are top quality. There was one tiny glitch they quickly corrected. Love a company that makes it right! Highly recommend!
I don't know where to begin: I ordered a gate at the end of 2020. Long story short, the gate does not fit between the poles so I have to return the original gate and get a new one. I've been calling, emailing and even trying the chat and there is no answer. No voicemail, no calls returned. Nothing. I am beginning to think this company is out of business. Last thing to try is to drive all the way down to South Carolina and show up in their shop. :-(

GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! I ordered 30 fence panels, 3 gates, and all of the hardware needed to use wooden posts on 9/12/21. I received my order confirmation immediately. Considering that it was a Sunday, I assumed it was probably an automated confirmation. After not hearing anything, I read several reviews during the week and became a bit skeptical. My initial order was small and came completely damaged after waiting several weeks. But the company responded to my negative review and resent my order in a week to keep my project on schedule. Mistakes happen but they responded well and the finished installation turned out great.
