Walked in to the store after calling to enquire about the products. Excellent customer service recommending different products and solution that fit our needs. The delivery guys missed out on one of our orders, they apologised and it was delivered first thing in the morning the next day when we needed it. Would recommend this business.
We replaced our timber fence and gate with the Fin aluminium blade fence. It not only looks so much better, it works so much better - the gate latches nicely. The installation could not have been more expert and fastidious. I'd definitely recommend this company and the product.

Terrible customer service from one of the sale lady. Appalling attitude and body language. Makes you feel like you’re an absolute inconvenience if you’re enquiring about their products. Rushes with all answers like it’s costing her money per word. NEVER calls you back when you try and ask about your order that’s months delayed and “in a shipping container”. Snarky remarks if you call back on the same day to ask for a simple ETA because she couldn’t call back. We are happy to wait for our orders to arrive and understand there... read more
Vlad and Rob were great to deal with through the measure and quote phase, for a boundary and pool fence. We got Tony to install it, and the result is fantastic. So happy. Highly recommend team.
