I can highly recommend Jeff as the best path to buying a new car for the best price. He is responsive, realistic not over-promising yet at the end he found better (MRSP-$3.3K) than initially mentioned (MSRP-$3K) deal for 2026 Camry XLE (Note: deals change quite bit, so always check with Jeff). It is much easier and pleasant to buy car with Jeff than through any dealer. I'd advise patience due to crazy/disrupted/rigged market.
Jeff made the car-buying process incredibly easy. He lined up a vehicle that matched what I was looking for, secured favorable financing, and handled the back-and-forth so I didn’t have to. When I went to the dealership, everything was already sorted, which saved a ton of time and avoided the usual pressure. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience, and I’d absolutely work with him again.
If you want your "Online" Auto Broker to completely ghost you and not respond to your calls, texts, VMs then Jeff Long at Online Auto Broker is your guy. Totally expect him to not respond to you when YOU need him. When it is his need, he will of course be at your beck and call. The abysmally low levels of professionalism in the US are well exemplified by Jeff.
Jeff had patience with me in postponing a new car by about a month. In that time I was able to provide him exactly what I wanted in a new car. He was able to find a car in transit to the Honda dealership right down the street from me. He provided the final out-the-door price I was able to use as a check when I was at the dealership.
