Totally expect him to not respond to you when YOU need him. When it is his need, he will of course be at your beck and call. The abysmally low levels of professionalism in the US are well exemplified by Jeff.
Jeff had patience with me in postponing a new car by about a month. In that time I was able to provide him exactly what I wanted in a new car. He was able to find a car in transit to the Honda dealership right down the street from me. He provided the final out-the-door price I was able to use as a check when I was at the dealership.
