had a Raccoon get onto my roof and rip off some shingles, I called Onit roofing for a quote and Whitney came out and did a great job looking over my roof, and was very careful to not cause damage while walking on my roof. Their quote came in one of the lowest of the bids I received and they did excellent work. They were able to match the singles and do a great repair. Adriana from Lions Crown Roofing provided me with a detailed drone inspection report of my roof. Upon learning that my roof was less than two years old, she gave me all the pictures as well as details of damages at various spots so that I could talk to the company who installed the roof in August 2024 and get the damages fixed under the warranty. Excellent level of professionalism, true customer care and quality of work. You usually get 1 or 2 out of the three. Whitney took time to really understand my concerns (and didn't hesitate to get on the roof, and even come back a second time to assess another leak I found). I reached out to Onit (Josh) to follow up on a leak from my balcony after some roof repairs were performed by them a few months ago. There was a quick response from Josh to have an installer re-inspect and perform necessary repairs at no charge. Had a great experience with Whitney & her team! After discovering an issue right before a storm, they were able to make it out to us quickly and seal it up preventing thousands of dollars of damage. Permanent repairs were completed just a few days later. Highly recommend!
