Absolutely amazing. They came out fast and for free. Did not charge me anything. Identified my issue was not with the roof at all but found a backup drain valve from the ac unit that was not connected by the home builders. The roofer was very professional and nice. Everyone has a horror story about a roofing company. No bad story here. Recommended to me by the owner of an amazing pool company, Thompson Custom Pools, couldn't be happier. Prompt. Reliable. Constant communication throughout the process. Josh Dill is your guy. All the five star reviews are real. And if you need a pool... Check out Thompson Custom Pools.
Mr. Josh Dill of Onit roofing was exceptional throughout my concerns with my roof. He came to inspect my roof in a timely manner, and was knowledgeable, professional, personable and so patient with all my questions. He was adept at explaining to me exactly what was needed regarding my roof. Thank you Mr. Josh Dill and the Onit Roofing team. I would definitely recommend the Onit Roofing team if one ever has any roofing concerns!
I got three quotes for my roof replacement and they pretty much came in at the same price. I selected Onit because Whitney did a great job laying out my options and addressing my questions about roof issues I was already having. The Onit roofing team did a great job addressing any concerns during the construction phase, and they did a great cleanup job afterwards.
This was the easiest and most efficient company to work with. The gave us immediate communication, excellent service and delivered as promised. We couldn’t be happier. Wish every company was this professional and courteous.
