Horrible management. It’s impossible to get an answer from ONIT management. Reached out directly to Jon Greenberg, who is listed as manager, and was extremely disappointed. Rude, abrupt, unprofessional. Issues are not being resolved despite multiple complaints and requests. Surprised, that this management company still operates.
Eric is a two face, weasel and a closeted homosexual, which makes him extremely hostile and unpredictable. They ruined our building and plunged us into debt. We tried firing them but Eric wouldn’t let us out of the contract. We are in the process of suing them for negligence. STAY AWAY.
Heed this warning all prospective clients- you would be better off if you threw darts to make management decisions than hiring this guy. I didn’t know it was possible for a manager to actively make a property WORSE until I witnessed Erik’s clown show. He is unprofessional, rude, and most importantly- a pathological liar.
