We have had Onit as our property management for several years now. I’d like to state that no company is perfect. Have there been mistakes yes but from both ends. What I will say is that Onit has stuck with us. We have very apathetic association, we have extremely difficult owners at times but yet Onit stays when other companies simply dropped us. As previously having an ownership interest in a property management company; I am quite frankly shocked at the blatant negligence from Erik Mendez and the rest of his team, as well as the non responsiveness or untruthful answers when asking simple questions.
Horrible management. It’s impossible to get an answer from ONIT management. Reached out directly to Jon Greenberg, who is listed as manager, and was extremely disappointed. Rude, abrupt, unprofessional. Issues are not being resolved despite multiple complaints and requests. Surprised, that this management company still operates.
Eric is a two face, weasel and a closeted homosexual, which makes him extremely hostile and unpredictable. They ruined our building and plunged us into debt. We tried firing them but Eric wouldn’t let us out of the contract. We are in the process of suing them for negligence. STAY AWAY.
