Happy with my purchase after having used it for about a month now. I notice a difference in my skin and that I don't have to use as much soap and detergents. Phil was an awesome salesman and representative for ONIT and made my experience very seamless and convenient. He still is responsive till this day and is available to answer any questions I have. Im happy with the product but most pleased with the customer service!
Phillip was our tech that came out to test our water and he was nice and explained everything to us in detail. We had no idea that water in Te as was not good and that we would need to filter it even to bathe so we bought the whole home filter system and they came the same day and installed in less than an hour!
Explanation of process was thorough. Quick and easy installation.
Phil was amazing!! He was so kind very informative and easy to talk to! He took his time explaining everything to get us set up. He didn’t rush through and accepted all questions from us! We are excited to have our new system and would highly recommend him! Thanks Phil!
