I don't write many reviews, but ONIT definitely deserves one. Brock was one of the most patient sales representatives I've ever worked with. Our home construction kept getting delayed, and the timeline changed several times, but he never lost track of our project. He followed up regularly, kept us informed, and made sure everything was ready when the house was finally completed. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
