Terrible office staff complete lack of accountability, and care no one wants to help and they just keep put up new obstacles as excuses on why that can not be helpful. My unbelievable terrible experience began June 11, 2024. Dr. Okotie said he was going to refer me to IU for my treatment. I waited a week and hear nothing on the referral. So I called Dr. Okotie office they called me back the next week and said the reason for the delay was they could not figure out IU’s fax number. I had the worst experience of my life because of this office..doctor avoided eye contact and lied to me then his office was extremely rude to me and my other doctor when she tried to help me figure out why he lied to me and why they refused to let me see another doctor in the office because Dr. Okotie was on vacation. long story short I refused to see this doctor and found another with the help of my other doctor..
