Bad customer service, switched seats 4 times in an hour to get nails done, very very loud staff and some rude people, fake nails not the proper size, and the place is not clean. overall - I will not spend my money there.
Worst customer service.they just don't listen to what the customer wants. I gave it a chance x2. Never again

Let me begin by saying I wasn’t pleased with the service. I feel it’s quantity over quality. They rush you and don’t take their time to see their work. My nails are all different lengths and crooked! I tried to “trust the process” but it was horrible in the end.
