Worst service EVER!!! completely ruined my nails and CHARGED ME FOR IT!!! no sympathy no cares given. I have never complained before but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Nails are all uneven. Right hand and left hand have both different shapes. I ask to fix it or give me a price for the inconvenience and she tells me with attitude if I don’t want to pay she will remove them before I leave!! I was sitting down for 2 hrs to leave crying. There is zero customer care there. Zero. Don’t go.
Première et dernière fois pour moi. En tout même pas 20 minutes à faire mes ongles. Ils sont pressés aucun souci du travail bien fait. Lime les ongles jusqu’à la peau, parle et regarde partout sauf ce qu’elle fait. Aucune communication possible, la fille ne fait que parler sans cesse dans sa langue et de foie complètement de nous. Je suis allé le jeudi et le samedi mes ongles décollaient.
